Job Description
An Agency Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting our Account Managers in our Account Services division on our Agency team that manages legal, medical, dental and e-commerce clients. They will work closely with the Account Managers and internal teams like SEO, Paid Search, Social Media and Programmatic to ensure client success.
Job Responsibilities:
MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT - Completing various audits such as:
Weekly account spend pacing across multiple tactics (LinkedIn, Programmatic, Direct Buys, CTV, Paid Search, etc)
Researching vendors, partners, newsletters, etc for potential partnership opportunities for our clients marketing needs
Attending client meetings to support the Account Manager with notes and action items for the fulfillment teams
Willingness to learn how to deep dive platforms for performance optimizations
Support the AM with distribution and monitoring of task completion for fulfillment team
Assist Account Managers with mid and end of month reporting as needed.
Weekly monitoring of client KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rate, impression share, etc.
ONGOING TRAINING DEVELOPMENT
Develop a thorough knowledge of our agency clients and processes.
Participate in company training related to our current products and services (SEO, Paid Search, Social Media, DV, CTV/OTT, Creative).
Receive Google Analytics Certification, and other required certifications at all times.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors of Science in Digital Advertising, Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Mass Communications or relevant experience
Minimum 1 year of Digital Marketing experience with an understanding of digital channels (SEO, SEM, Social, Programmatic, CTV, etc)
Experience analyzing and summarizing data
Organized with ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
