What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Services Project Coordinator position at The Moran Group?
Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) below:
- Email coordination (requests, checking, URL creation & coordinating deployment)
- Data Analysis (scorecards, pricing comparisons, competitor research, etc..)
- Administrative department tasks (daily notes, schedules, etc..)
- Creative tasks (requests, proofing & coordinating approvals)
- Quality Assurance (proofing pages, social posts, art, etc..)
- Task management of your own tasks, as well as working with team members to ensure you receive needed materials on time
Qualifications
- Local to Baton Rouge or New Orleans
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail (high level of being detail-oriented)
- Eagerness to learn & contribute ideas
- Organizational & follow through skills
- Ownership of tasks and time management skills
- Experience in project management and/or project management tools is preferred
