Compensation : $45,000 - $60,000
Modality : On-Site
FLSA Exemption : Non-Exempt
Schedule : M-F 8-5
What you'll be doing :
Lead a team of document processing reps : Build a collaborative environment where we can foster talent
Document Scanning : Manage a processing using OCR and AI to scan documents and automate their data entry
Title Management : Ensure to proper receipt, scanning, filing, and release of titles
Title and Registration Filing : Print and compile packets created by our remote teams
Research : Work with dealers to properly assign unmatched documents.
Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance overall team performance.
What you have :
Proven experience in title and registration operations.
Strong knowledge of DMV procedures and requirements.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with Salesforce
3 Years of leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
