Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000

Modality: On-Site

FLSA Exemption: Non-Exempt

Schedule: M-F 8-5

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead a team of document processing reps: Build a collaborative environment where we can foster talent
• Document Scanning: Manage a processing using OCR and AI to scan documents and automate their data entry
• Title Management: Ensure to proper receipt, scanning, filing, and release of titles
• Title and Registration Filing: Print and compile packets created by our remote teams
• Research: Work with dealers to properly assign unmatched documents.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance overall team performance.
  
  

What You Have

• Proven experience in title and registration operations.
• Strong knowledge of DMV procedures and requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with Salesforce
• 3 Years of leadership experience
