Job Description : Responsibilities :
Following are the day-to-day work activities :
Facilitation : Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coaching : Mentor team members on SAFe, Scrum, and Agile best practices, specifically within the context of Guidewire.
Impediment Removal : Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
Collaboration : Foster a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring : Track and report on team performance metrics, such as burndown charts.
Continuous Improvement : Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement within the team.
ART Coordination : Assist teams in coordinating and participating in Agile Release Train (ART) events.
Guidewire Expertise : Leverage knowledge of the Guidewire platform to support and enhance development processes.
Requirements :
Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The must have requirements are :
Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience :
6 years of experience working as Scrum Master
Technical Skills :
Agile Expertise : In-depth knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, and other Agile frameworks.
Guidewire Knowledge : Experience with the Guidewire InsuranceSuite, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Leadership : Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Experience : Previous experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, preferably within a SAFe environment and with Guidewire.
