Job Description : Responsibilities :
Following are the daytoday work activities :
Facilitation : Lead daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Coaching : Mentor team members on SAFe Scrum and Agile best practices specifically within the context of Guidewire.
Impediment Removal : Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the teams progress.
Collaboration : Foster a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring : Track and report on team performance metrics such as burndown charts.
Continuous Improvement : Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement within the team.
ART Coordination : Assist teams in coordinating and participating in Agile Release Train (ART) events.
Guidewire Expertise : Leverage knowledge of the Guidewire platform to support and enhance development processes.
Requirements :
Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The must have requirements are :
Educational Background : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
Experience :
6 years of experience working as Scrum Master
Technical Skills :
Agile Expertise : Indepth knowledge of SAFe Scrum and other Agile frameworks.
Guidewire Knowledge : Experience with the Guidewire InsuranceSuite including PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter.
Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ProblemSolving : Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Leadership : Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Experience : Previous experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role preferably within a SAFe environment and with Guidewire.
