KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the sales cycle including outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities using a variety of sources
- Demonstrate leadership both on the sales team and within the company in general
- Master the ability to tell the Client Giant story and how we are a game changer for the various companies we partner with
- Utilize a customer-focused selling process to identify needs and goals of potential customers
- Partner with other teams and roles to close high-value opportunities.
- Build customer & partner relationships to support their success, upsell, and generate referrals
- Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly targets and goals.
- Utilize HubSpot to internally track all activities
WHO YOU ARE:
- 3-5 years of successful quota carrying sales experience in SaaS
- Successful SDR or business development experience generating leads
- Motivated to advance your career
- Willingness to lean in on heavy prospecting
- Master negotiator & closer
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Curiosity, ability to listen, desire to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and mentality
- Coachable, flexible, and self-motivated
- Diligent self-starter; someone with initiative
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Resilient, doesn’t give up easily

Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
