">This position works as a member of our support team as an expert in the configuration and use of our software.
Ideal candidates are passionate about helping people, have outstanding communication skills, and can learn new technology quickly.
Your Responsibilities

- Multi-channel communication with clients during all standard business hours. ">
- Escalate client queries and concerns. ">
- Learn and work with software including Zendesk, Shortcut, AWS, and Zoom. ">
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure clients have a positive experience. ">
- All other job duties as assigned. ">
