POSITION: MOUNTAIN SPRINGS SERVER PT

WAGE: $7.00/HOUR TIPS

POSITION SUMMARY:Provide excellent guest service to buffet dining patrons to include food and drink service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Accept and fill drink orders from guests, replenish drinks, as necessary.

Order alcoholic beverages from bar and serve as guests request.

Clean, organize, and replenish/restock condiments.

Clear, clean, organize table settings, as necessary. Maintain clean and organized service stations.

Perform host, cashier, busser duties, as needed.

Perform other tasks, as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.

1.Education:High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

2.Work Experience:

Minimum 3 months experience as food server, required.

3.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Able to communicate effectively (fluency in English is required), multi-task, organize, and deliver exceptional service to Guests.

4.Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:

Have or obtain food handlers and alcohol service certifications.

5.Be at least 18 years of age.

6.Able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.

7.Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.
