HR Generalist - PT
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for all Human Resources activities with a strong focus on the recruitment cycle. This individual will work with various organization leaders to ensure roles are filled in a timely manner with top talent. They will ensure the recruitment process moves smoothly throughout various levels of the organization. In addition, the HR Generalist will be responsible for various audit processes; grant reporting; and a general support for various HR activities in coordination with the HR Team and the Vice President of Human Resources. This role serves Clifford Beers Community Health Partners and all subsidiaries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in various forms of in-person communication which includes but isn’t limited to in person meetings, trainings, and sessions.
- Recruitment: Managing the recruitment process from candidate selection to onboarding and orientation. Inclusive of Applicant Tracking System administration and documentation.
- Manage Employee Relations inclusive of investigations, disputes, and escalated matters.
- Assist with the creation of Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, Technical and Process Guides.
- Work collaboratively with key business partners and colleagues to identify, create, and design learning and development curriculum.
- Assist with Benefits Administration inclusive of Workers Compensation and initial stages of Leave Administration.
- Serve as the secondary point of contact for Labor Relations for two bargaining unit. Creating and updating job descriptions as necessary
- Representing Clifford Beers at job fairs and campus recruiting
- Communication to managers on offer status, start date, and follow up where needed
- Various reporting: EEO, grant requirements, etc.
- Proficient use and administration of HRIS and ERP systems.
- Advanced use of Google Platforms including Chat, Email, Sheets, and More.
- Conduct Exit interviews and document data for employees transitioning from Clifford Beers.
- Succession Planning.
- Travel to various areas of Southern Connecticut as needed.
- Participate in assigned training and Learning & Development opportunities.
- Various work with the VP of Anti-racist practice and contribution to multiple committees
- Various projects as assigned by the VP of Human Resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s with 5 years of experience required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have at least five years’ experience using a HRIS system.
TRAVEL:
- This role may require travel throughout Southern Connecticut each day.
- This role is a hybrid work role
Salary : $30 - $33
