Position Overview :
As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring a positive employee experience. Your responsibilities will include a variety of HR tasks ranging from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs.
Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Participate in performance management processes and support career development initiatives.
Manage and administer leave of absence processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on leave-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees and management.
