Clinical Consultants is seeking a part-time or full-time receptionist to join our team for work in a busy substance abuse and mental health counseling facility in our great West Jordan location.

Job Description and Duties
The applicant should have past experience and be proficient in Excel and Word; able to learn new databases; good people skills is a must; good phone presence and accuracy in work performance. Light cleaning, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs (example: box of copy paper).
Work tasks could include: Light maintenance and cleaning, checking in clients arriving for services and maintaining security of the facility, reception/front desk tasks as needed. Receive new referrals and schedule appointments, answering client questions. Check clients in, updating demographics or payment information. Oversee urinalysis (UA) testing (observe and test urine samples, track and report UA attendance, report lab results to team, input into EHR (Electronic health record). File paper records as needed.
Hours will be determined upon hire.
