We are currently seeking a seasoned Pharmacist Leader to join our team as a Hospital Pharmacist in acute care. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Our acute care hospital is a 725 bed facility that provides cutting-edge diagnostic and treatment options, including a Level I Trauma Center and Magnet designation for nursing excellence. As a Hospital Pharmacist, you will be responsible for managing medications, conducting clinical consultations, educating patients, and ensuring compliance and documentation standards are met.
With a strong focus on quality improvement, you will work collaboratively with providers and other members of the inpatient care team to educate and precept new residents within the emergency services line and department. A PGY-2 specialty residency in Critical Care or hospital Critical Care experience is highly desirable.
