The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in the life sciences industry, specifically in promotional review and contract development and negotiation.
Promotional Review & Regulatory Review:
The consultant will act as the legal representative at Promotional Review Committee meetings, ensuring compliance with FDA and company guidance. They will work collaboratively with regulatory and medical reviewers to ensure the ethics of promotional campaigns and tactics.
Contract Development & Negotiation:
The consultant will draft and negotiate contracts for pre-clinical to clinical stages, including distribution, managed care, and global R&D agreements. They will refine and organize contract templates and provide guidance on standardized provisions.
Medical Review Committee:
The consultant will represent the company at Medical Review Committee meetings, reviewing responses to requests for information from healthcare professionals and other medical communications.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in the life sciences industry within legal
- Promotional review experience and contract development and negotiation experience (clinical, R&D, Managed Care rebate and patient support)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, Adobe Professional, Veeva, OpenSource, and SharePoint
- Ability to identify, create, and implement novel approaches to mitigate risk
- Experience managing confidential and proprietary information with excellent discretion and judgment
