What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Specialist position at Clinisys?
Purpose
The Accounting Specialist is responsible for supplier management activities, including all phases of the procurement process related to products and services purchased for internal use as well as for resale to the Company's customers including order placement and expediting, as well as bid requests and analysis.
Essential Functions
- Procures products and services in support of Company Operations and client orders
- Expedites orders to ensure project timelines are met
- Provides product pricing and specifications to Clinisys staff as requested
- Provides input and guidance to other team members
- Performs quarterly royalty reports for third party suppliers
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
