About Clinivoy Infusion Care:
CliniVoy Infusion Care provides therapeutic, intravenous infusions to outpatients. Infusions include biological medications, intravenous immunoglobulin, blood products, and antibiotic therapy. Other services include medication injections and IV Hydration.
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team!
Position Summary:
The Human Resources (HR) Generalist supports the HR function under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager. The HR Generalist is responsible for a variety of human resources duties with a focus on candidate screening/engagement, onboarding/offboarding, leave administration, benefits and enforcing company policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews, tracks and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training.
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Assists with the new hire and onboarding processes, including preparation and presentation of an offer letter in accordance with company standards, review of company policies and benefit plans and collection and processing of new hire paperwork.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the HR Manager.
- Reports Worker’s Compensation injuries to carrier and liaise with claim adjusters and employee through claim and employee return to work, as needed.
- Maintains and administers performance evaluations and merit increases.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Conducts exit interview and recommends corrective action if necessary. Ensures necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
- Participates in the creation, development, and deployment of HR documentation, policies, procedures and systems.
- Meets regularly with team leaders to assess personnel needs, review organization changes, review employee relations matters, and maintain open lines of communication between employees, front-line leaders, and senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate and secure HRIS database and prepares reports in support of department and company functions as required.
- Administers employment status changes and leaves of absence (LOA) in accordance with company policy and in compliance with State and Federal laws.
- Oversees benefits administration, assists employees with inquiries, enrollment and changes.
- Interprets and communicates company policies related to employees, including benefits, workplace safety, conduct, confidential information, compensation, and disciplinary action.
- Participates and plans employee engagement activities and company events.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Works directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars. Maintains organizational charts and employee directory.

Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred: SHRM-CP or PHR certifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Technical & Specialized Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g., pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development)
Behavioral Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
- Standard office environment
- Occasional travel within Southern California may be required.
- Full-time position with standard business hours; flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods is expected.

Salary: $30-$40 an hour
Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
