Assistant Sales Manager
At Closets by Design- Boston we design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom home organization systems. Our current growth has created a need for a Assistant Sales Manager, to support and develop our in-home sales as well as our team of Sales Managers.
This position is a full time position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales managers with daily tasks.
- Assist with interviewing and recruiting sales people.
- Field calls from sales staff.
- Act as a training assistant in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Manage unsold jobs program.
- Monitor and track sales milestones.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.
- Personal sales background of at least 2 years with a track record
- Commitment to follow our proven, successful sales model
- Proficient in analyzing sales numbers
- Working knowledge of Windows Office, Excel.
- Experience working with consumers
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
