REQUIRED SKILLS
- Preferred 8 years of functional or operational experience in change management
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering training content (instructor-led and eLearning)
- Experience in an enterprise-level operational function and successful track record of leading large-scale initiatives.
- Knowledge of Instructional Design concepts and principles
- Ability to Storyboard
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and WebEx; knowledge of eLearning software such as Articulate 360 and Rise.
- Visual design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
