That’s why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.

Our People Operations team is dedicated to ensuring seamless HR processes, operational excellence, and data integrity while continuously improving and scaling our systems. We partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive efficiency, compliance, and satisfaction across the full employee lifecycle.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and maintain HR systems ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and optimization of current processes as well as leading Workday testing and configuration projects, ensuring seamless updates and strong data integrity.
- Drive operational excellence by supporting training initiatives, updating knowledge bases internal articles, and leading enablement sessions with various teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment across teams.
- Oversee and lead various people initiatives from conception to implementation (e.g. background check policy implementation, position management updates, JIRA enhancements with our shared services team)
- Lead change management efforts related to system rollouts and process changes, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption through: developing training materials and process documentation to support People Operations and other teams; conducting enablement sessions to ensure teams are equipped to use new systems and processes effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization across HR systems and processes and develop data-driven recommendations to improve people processes and system efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance policies.
- 3-5 years of experience in People Operations or a related field.
- Workday experience highly preferred.
- A strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills and a solutions-driven mindset.
- Experience leading process improvement projects and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and provide clear, actionable guidance.
