Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking a Creative Designer to provide unclassified and classified communication services to support National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia, LLC (NTESS). This role involves leveraging graphic design expertise to create visually compelling materials that align with NTESS communication standards.
This position is located near Sandia National Laboratories in New Mexico, with a requirement to maintain a local office within 30 miles of NTESS.
Responsibilities
- Provide creative and graphic design services to produce high-quality visual content.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop visually impactful materials for communication purposes.
- Ensure adherence to NTESS design standards, configuration management plans, and established guidelines for a common look and feel.
- Support both unclassified and classified projects, ensuring proper information release and document classification in accordance with NTESS policies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in creative/graphic design, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance ("L", "Q", or "Sigma 15").
- Ability to access and travel to NTESS locations as required.
- Familiarity with NTESS processes and procedures (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in design (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (preferred).
