Director of Hayes Child Development Center

Job Objective

The Director of Hayes Child Development Center is responsible for the daily operations and management of the Hayes Child Development Center to include the safety and welfare of children and staff, ensure implementation of high-quality education, and provide an instructional atmosphere for work study and practicum students through partnership with Clover Park Technical College’s Early Care and Education Program. The Director will oversee the implementation and standards for the ECEAP program to support low-income families through resources and individualized partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications:

*Bachelors degree in Early Childhood, Education, Elementary Education, a related Social Science program or related field with extensive experience.

*Two years of early childhood supervision experience as director, assistant director or program manager.

*Knowledge of funding sources for child care centers

*Two years of experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred

*Masters degree in Early Childhood, Elementary Education or related Social Science field.

*Experience in developing and coordinating parent advisory groups.

*Knowledge of PeopleSoft (ctcLink).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $91,072.00 per year
