Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical assistance to our staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and excellent problem-solving skills.
Duties
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and applications
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of LAN networks
- Conduct software troubleshooting and provide solutions
- Support desktop users with Mac OS and Windows operating systems
Experience
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in IT support and customer service
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience with LAN networks and firewall management
- Ability to manage computer systems efficiently
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Mac OS and Windows operating systems
- Previous experience in desktop support
