Job Summary
We're seeking apassionate and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be the first line of defense for all IT requests, providing technical support to employees and ensuring a seamless IT experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Provide hands-on technical support for macOS devices and Office365.
Monitor and maintain endpoint protection software, remediating issues proactively.
Create and maintain IT documentation and internal Knowledge Base articles.
Work cross-functionally with teams to resolve IT-related challenges.
