This role is crucial in managing guest relations and maintaining the smooth operation of the front desk. Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
• Operate phone systems to assist guests with inquiries or reservations.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with front desk operations in a hospitality setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems is advantageous.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective guest relations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
