POSITION SUMMARY
The Housing Stability Support & Data Liaison (Liaison) provides essential administrative and logistical support for CLUES' Housing Stability programs, including homelessness prevention services and the Motel Voucher Program. The primary responsibilities of this role include comprehensive data entry, case documentation, motel coordination, logistical support for families in temporary housing placements, and landlord engagements. The Liaison ensures accurate and timely documentation of program participants, supports tracking of service delivery, and maintains organized records for reporting and compliance purposes.
The Liaison works closely with the Housing Stability team, external and internal partners, such as motel staff, landlords, and other and community-based organizations to ensure that individuals and families are connected to necessary resources and services. They will use a trauma-informed approach and bilingual skills (Spanish / English) to deliver services effectively.

Position Type : Temporary
Schedule : Full-Time. Monday - Friday Office hours, with some evening & weekend hours.
Estimated Pay : $20 - $21 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative & Data Management
- Complete data entry and administrative support for homelessness prevention services and the Motel Voucher Program using designated databases (e.g., HMIS, HomeKeeper, Salesforce).
- Manage participant files and ensure documentation is properly organized and stored according to agency and grant guidelines.
- Assist with the coordination and dissemination of program disclosure materials, such as privacy policies and consent forms, for triaged participant requiring immediate support.
- Support Housing Stability Navigators in preparation and distribution of support services, such as gift cards and essential supply distributions, to eligible participants.
- Perform weekly, biweekly, and / or monthly data quality reviews; communicate with assigned case manager, or directly with participant to collect necessary data.
