Clutch has a client looking for a Head of Marketing with hands-on Meta Ads expertise for a client in the CPG space!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract potential customers, and boost sales of our physical products.
- Manage and optimize our websites to ensure a user-friendly experience and drive maximum traffic.
- Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertising on platforms like Meta, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analyze website performance metrics and user data to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create effective marketing materials and messaging.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing websites with a user base exceeding 200k per month.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales for physical products through digital marketing channels, including paid advertising.
- Experience managing paid media budgets of over $1 million per month.
- Must have experience managing Meta Advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading and managing a team of marketing professionals.
- 3 years of experience in CPG product marketing.
- Experience selling DTC physical products that are not widely recognized household brands.
