CMG Leasing, Inc.has successfully served the New River Valley with apartments and single family homes since 1983. We own and manage 24 residential communities totaling over 1800 apartment homes, as well as, 5 commercial properties encompassing 39 office spaces.
We are seeking a skilled, well organized, dependable Maintenance Technician for a full time position. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring resident service requests are completed timely and call backs are minimal, preventative maintenance is completed throughout the year, oversee the turn process when residents move out, and maintain an excellent rapport with residents and office staff. Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC, a great attitude, willingness to go above and beyond, and the ability to work overtime and go on-call. Will have at least 2 years’ experience in Residential Maintenance. The Maintenance Technician must be aware of the condition of physical property throughout the community and immediately correct and/or report unsafe conditions. Schedules and performs minor and routine maintenance on all appropriate equipment on a regular basis..Prior experience in apartment maintenance is preferred. Applicants must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

8am - 5pm Mon - Fri., some weekends and overtime required and must be able to work the on-call shift when assigned.
