Manager of Technology Services
As the Manager of Technology Services, you’ll oversee IT operations and lead a team of talented professionals dedicated to delivering secure, reliable, and high-performing IT services. This role is key in managing client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving team success. You'll play a vital role in resolving IT challenges, optimizing resources, and implementing improvements that enhance the client experience. You will lead projects both internally and for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with our MSP services.
- Lead and support the IT team to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
- Ensure services meet or exceed client expectations in terms of performance, reliability, and responsiveness.
- Lead IT projects both internally and for our clients.
- Oversee incident and service request resolutions, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet client needs while upholding service quality.
- Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth integration with MSP services.
- Keep up to date on cybersecurity best practices so clients environments remain secure.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve service efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and manage operational budgets for cost-effective service delivery.
- Implement tools and processes to monitor and enhance service performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client systems, service agreements, and internal workflows.
- Provide ongoing training to keep the team current on emerging technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent IT work experience.
- 8 years of relevant experience in technical IT roles, including managing technical staff
- Project management experience required
- Professional certifications (preferred)
- MSP experience (a plus)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
