Responsibilities
- An Assistant Construction Manager for a local home builder will assist in the management of construction and delivery of new homes ensuring quality, cost, and customer satisfaction
- The Assistant Construction Manager will assist in contacting vendors, updating customers, as well as corresponding with our corporate office
- Quickly evaluate and solve problems
- Enjoy communicating daily with customers and trade partners to clarify questions and concerns that arise in a direct and factual style
- Approach your day in a systematic and orderly way
- Assist in the supervision of vendors and suppliers to ensure building standards are achieved
- Establish, deliver, and adhere to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist in homeowner meetings, walk-throughs, and weekly updates with the customers
- Identify and document all recurring rework items and notifies appropriate departments to ensure elimination from future homes
- Construction: 2 years (Required)
- Degree Preferred (Construction Management, Civil Engineering)
