Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support the IT team to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with our MSP services.
• Ensure services meet or exceed client expectations in terms of performance, reliability, and responsiveness.
• Oversee incident and service request resolutions, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet client needs while upholding service quality.
• Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth integration with MSP services.
• Keep up to date on cybersecurity best practices so clients environments remain secure.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve service efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and manage operational budgets for cost-effective service delivery.
• Implement tools and processes to monitor and enhance service performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client systems, service agreements, and internal workflows.
• Provide ongoing training to keep the team current on emerging technologies and best practices.
• Implement and oversee security measures to protect client systems and data.
