Position Description: We have an extraordinary opportunity for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager for our Assisted Living Facility ( ALF ) in Dearborn, Michigan. This Sales Manager for our Assisted Living Facility ( ALF ) is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. This role is a full time, in-person position. Monday through Friday from 9AM-5PM. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Knowledge of senior living services and industry trends. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the community. Assist with outreach activities and community engagement events. Conduct regular follow-ups with referral sources to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Conduct personalized tours of the facility for prospective residents and their families. Explain the benefits of the facility’s services and offerings, ensuring prospects feel informed and confident in their decision-making process.
