Description
CMS Imaging is currently accepting resumes for a Human Resources Coordinator for our Headquarters location in North Charleston. This is a newly created position, reporting to the HR Director, will involve HR support throughout the organization.
The Human Resources Coordinator assists the human resource processes including:
· Employee Health and Welfare Plans
· Employee Training and Development
· Corporate Compliance and Risk Mitigation
· Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
· Career Management and Succession Planning
· Affirmative Action processing and support
· Payroll support and other activities

Requirements
2 years in HR Administration
SHRM or HRCI Certification preferred
Moderate to Advanced proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
Experience in HRIS systems, Paylocity preferred
Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written
Understanding of HR legal matters and appropriate recruiting practices
Ability to manage one's own time amidst changing priorities
