Position Overview:
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing high-value leads, and driving revenue growth for CNS Connects. This role requires a strong hunter mentality, strategic outreach, and the ability to sell complex solutions to decision-makers in the transportation and logistics industries. You will represent CNS at industry events, conduct product demos, and build long-term partnerships.
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through outbound sales efforts, networking, and referrals.
- Trade Shows & Events: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations, sales pitches, and virtual/onsite meetings with prospective customers.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track sales opportunities in CRM, ensuring consistent follow-ups and closing deals efficiently.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and position CNS Connects as the ideal solution to streamline compliance and fleet management.
- Contract Negotiation & Closing: Guide clients through pricing, contracts, and onboarding processes to secure long-term commitments.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to refine messaging and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, transportation technology, or compliance solutions.
- Proven track record of hunting for leads and successfully closing high-value enterprise deals.
- Experience working trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to drive business growth.
- Strong ability to conduct engaging sales demos and effectively communicate technical solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools.
