Credit/Collections Analyst

PR: $20/hr on W2
Reach out to clients with outstanding balances with the goal of collecting funds owed to Client, maintain positive billing relationships with clients, assist clients as needed with questions about invoices, payments, services provided or other assistance as needed.
Assist with other Accounting Department functions as needed.
Requirements (years of experience, educational background, technical skills, etc.):
Strong communication and documentation skills, ability to follow up and maintain relationships with clients, strong phone skills, comfort with basic Excel and other Microsoft programs.
Collections and/or customer service experience preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
