- Plan and coordinate system implementations, ensuring usability and functionality.
- Perform service delivery analysis and collaborate with IT teams and vendors.
- Create dashboards and documentation for compliance and KPI tracking.
- Support in flight projects for the business areas as well as provide Windows 11 deployment engineering support.
- Expertise in M365 platforms (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).

- Experience in system implementation, testing, and compliance reporting.
