Job Description

What you will be doing :

  • Oversee and provide tactical direction for enduser IT services.
  • Design implement and manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online SharePoint MS Teams).
  • Ensure system performance security and compliance.
  • Provide operational guidance and assess IT environments for improvements.
  • Develop and enforce configuration change management and governance practices.
  • Plan and coordinate system implementations ensuring usability and functionality.
  • Perform service delivery analysis and collaborate with IT teams and vendors.
  • Create dashboards and documentation for compliance and KPI tracking.
  • Support in flight projects for the business areas as well as provide Windows 11 deployment engineering support.

    • Experience you will need :

  • Expertise in M365 platforms (Exchange SharePoint Teams).
  • Strong IT architecture governance and service management skills.
  • Experience in system implementation testing and compliance reporting.
  • Strong analytical project management and communication skills.
