Oversee and provide tactical direction for end-user IT services.
Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, MS Teams).
Ensure system performance, security, and compliance.
Provide operational guidance and assess IT environments for improvements.
Develop and enforce configuration, change management, and governance practices.
Plan and coordinate system implementations, ensuring usability and functionality.
Perform service delivery analysis and collaborate with IT teams and vendors.
Create dashboards and documentation for compliance and KPI tracking.
Support in flight projects for the business areas as well as provide Windows 11 deployment engineering support.
Experience you will need :
Expertise in M365 platforms (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
Strong IT architecture, governance, and service management skills.
Experience in system implementation, testing, and compliance reporting.
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
