Human Resource Generalist
Coal Country Community Health Center located in Beulah, North Dakota, is seeking a full time Human Resource Generalist to join our team.
Coal Country Community Health Center (CCCHC) is celebrating 20 years of caring for the community with over 110 employees, four health center locations, and five school-based clinics serving the communities of Beulah, Hazen, Center, and Killdeer in West Central North Dakota. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we care for patients of all ages, focusing on award-winning, quality primary care, behavioral health, and wellness services for your family. Human Resource Generalist
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) Department including the posting of open positions, onboarding new staff members, administrating benefits and leave policies and enforcing company policies and practices. The HR Generalist will work with the HR Director to ensure CCCHC maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and recommend best practices, reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Requirements/Skills:
- Demonstrates knowledge of HR related principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits and employment law.
- Must excel in accuracy, efficiency and confidentiality.
- Computer knowledge and proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resouces or related field and/or equivalent experience, preferred.
- SHRM-CP and/or HRCI PHR, preferred.
