Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable tasks, including reviewing invoices, processing payment vouchers, and maintaining financial records. You will work closely with the Facilities Department to support operational needs and collaborate with management and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process invoices and payment vouchers for accuracy.
- Maintain day-to-day accounts payable records, including PO balances in the ERP legacy system.
- Provide support to the Facilities Department with accounts payable-related tasks.
- Collaborate with management and project managers to ensure proper financial tracking.
- Utilize Oracle Fusion to complete necessary forms (e.g., NCP and RFPS).
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications for data management and reporting.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with an accounts payable background.
- Experience in building or maintenance, with a focus on supporting facilities departments.
- Proficiency with Oracle Fusion, including completing forms like NCP and RFPS.
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Position Details:
- This role is based in Reno, Nevada. Candidates must be located in or near Reno.
