Description :
The Learning & Evaluation department supports CRCD’s missions of being a results-driven organization while providing quality programming. The IT Specialist will assist with monitoring and maintaining technology systems, hardware installation, configuration and inventory. The IT Specialist will provide support to all entities in the CRCD ecosystem.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Position roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Hardware / Software Installation and Configuration
- Create user accounts for incoming staff as Office 365 administrator for CRCD Enterprises and CRCD Partners
- Setup of devices (i.e. computer and cell phone) for incoming staff for CRCD Enterprises and CRCD Partners
- Ensure all hardware used by CRCD is up to date with latest security features and software.
- Update hardware as needed; replace parts or replace hardware in its entirety.
- Maintain hardware inventory across all CRCD departments.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Create, implement, and support roll out of new applications.
Monitoring and Maintaining Systems
Staff Onboarding and Training
o Office 365 user account initial sign in
o Introductory training on Office 365 and various apps and tools (One Drive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
o How to access helpdesk system and submit tickets
Requirements : QUALIFICATIONS
SALARY
60,000-$65,000 annually
