Coast Care is one of the largest Home Care Organizations in San Diego. We are locally owned and have over 200 years of combined professional experience in the industry. We are hiring a Home Care Aide / Caregiver Recruiter who is passionate about connecting people with career opportunities that positively impact their professional growth.
The successful individual will be responsible for building trusted relationships with candidates and providing exceptional candidate experiences to a high volume of applicants. You will own the candidate’s journey, from sourcing, engagement, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure a warm, efficient, and seamless hiring process for every applicant.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate the recruitment process for a high volume of applicants, including scheduling interviews, assisting with candidate information sessions, and onboarding new hires
Conduct candidate interviews over the phone, video, or in person to understand candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with our company values
Prepare and complete new hire files in accordance with licensing requirements
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate conversations
Coordinate and assist with new hire orientations, including helping new hires complete required paperwork, assisting with training, and answering employee questions
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience with proactive and timely communication
Support other related projects as needed basis
Qualifications :

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent computer skills and a love of learning new software
Ability to prioritize and complete diverse tasks with attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
Passion for helping others and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience
Solutions-oriented and thrive in identifying creative ways to overcome challenges
Recruiting and / or home care experience is a plus
