Coast to Coast is a family-owned business providing quality vehicles and excellent customer service. However, with plans to open many more locations, we need self-motivated leaders to help us achieve more success.
- Approaching and professionally greeting customers upon arrival.
- Assisting customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and carefully listening to their responses.
- Ability to create customer base by prospecting, telephone, and referral.
- Ability to adapt and overcome obstacles and objections.
- Completing sales orders and processing paperwork to close the sale.
- Following up with customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist sales department with product presentation and inventory
- The ability to speak English and Spanish is a requirement
Job Duties:
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be self-motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused
- Must be available full time and Saturdays.
- Must pass pre-employment screening: a criminal background check
Compensation: Great compensation package with monthly bonuses
