What We’re Looking For:
If you have strong phone, communication, and organizational skills and are comfortable with various computer systems, this role is perfect for you! As a Service Scheduling Agent, you’ll handle incoming and outgoing service appointment calls, Schedule appointments in an online system, work with the service and parts team members, and ensure every customer interaction is top-notch.

What You Need:
- Previous Customer Service Experience: Proven ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
- Advanced Phone Skills: Confident and clear communicator over the phone.
- Automotive Experience: Preferred but not necessary.
- Background Check and Drug Test: Must pass these requirements and have a clean driving record.
- Strong Computer Skills: Familiar with operating internal computer systems.
- Professionalism and a Positive Attitude: Maintain a polished appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Team Player: Collaborative and supportive in a team environment.
