Key Responsibilities
- Uphold a positive demeanor that reflects the values of Cobalt Civil.
- Operate under the guidance of the General Foreman, Foreman, or designated lead personnel.
- Familiarize oneself with all safety, production, and quality protocols.
- Engage actively in safety planning sessions and enforce the implementation of company safety guidelines during operations.
- Maintain composure and efficiency in high-pressure situations.
- Adhere strictly to assigned duties daily, following the directives of on-site supervisors.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all safety incidents and operational feedback.
- Aid in maintaining a clean and organized work environment and equipment.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections on all equipment operated and guarantee safe operational practices.
- Proficient in the operation of heavy machinery, including but not limited to skid-steers, excavators, front-end loaders, and bulldozers.
- Strong commitment to safety practices and procedural compliance.
- Ability to maintain focus and efficiency under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Class A CDL is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment is preferred.
- Willingness to work outdoors and across various job sites.

- Per diem allowances and hotel accommodations provided.
