We’re hiring on behalf of a construction firm in Bozeman that combines big-project ambition with a boutique feel. As Operations Director, you’ll lead the people, processes, and performance that ensure every concrete construction project is delivered to spec — and every client walks away satisfied.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing project operations, developing your team, and ensuring commercial and municipal concrete projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. It’s a role for someone who enjoys balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mentoring and leading a team of Project Managers and Coordinators
- Overseeing project schedules, coordination, and delivery standards
- Managing client relationships and maintaining satisfaction
- Continuously improving operational systems and workflows
- Aligning project outcomes with business goals and timelines
Skills and experience required:
- Background in structural concrete or heavy civil projects
- Leadership experience in construction operations or project delivery
- Proficiency with key project management tools (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
- Practical, proactive, and passionate about team development
- Strong understanding of industry standards and delivery excellence
Location: Bozeman, Montana (full time, on site)
Remuneration: Basic salary of $170,000–$200,000 DOE generous bonus full benefits
