What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Operations position at Monri Hospitality Group LLC?
We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Operations to lead a growing group of five restaurant locations across Montana. This is a hands-on, multi-unit leadership role responsible for overseeing operational excellence, team development, and financial performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage daily operations across 5 units
- Ensure operational consistency, quality control, and guest satisfaction
- Own P&L performance and lead monthly period reviews
- Coach and develop General Managers and store-level leadership
- Implement systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive revenue
- Partner with ownership and teams to maintain brand integrity and growth
Qualifications:
- 3 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership, preferably in QSR or pizza concepts
- Proven track record of driving sales, managing budgets, and leading high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials and cost control
- Ability to travel across Montana as needed
- Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000
- Bonus: Monthly performance-based bonus potential
