What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Library Technician - South Cobb Regional Library position at Cobb County Government?
This position is located at the South Cobb Regional Library and has high computer use and applicants should possess excellent computer skills. Staff in each of these positions work 18 hours per week including nights and weekends and 4 hours (1:00 – 5:00 pm) on scheduled Sundays.

Circulation/information services including: checking books in and out; registering patrons for library cards; registering patrons for voter registration cards.
Take fines for overdue books.
Assist in keeping daily statistics.
Develops and maintains a working knowledge about the organization and care of library materials, library services and programs.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; supplemented by six or more months work experience involving public interaction/customer service.
