Overview
The IT Support will provide technical assistance and support to ensure efficient operation of computer systems, software, and networks. This role involves troubleshooting issues, managing user accounts, and performing regular systems maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for the support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems for IT equipment.
· Installs hardware and software on workstations.
· Re-images computers, perform data migrations and restorations, and conducts remote problem solving when required.
· Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of internal systems, ensuring seamless operation.
· Assist in developing documentation and reference tools for troubleshooting and onboarding future team members.
· Collaborate with internal teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
· Regularly interact with Cobblestone employees to provide hands-on support and ensure tech-related issues are resolved efficiently.
· Monitor system performance, taking proactive steps to prevent future issues or downtime.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Spanish Bi-lingual a plus
· 1-3 years’ experience in a technical support role
· Certification in CompTIA A
· Certification in CompTIA Network (preferred)
· Possess a working knowledge of hardware components, hardware configurations, and have a strong software experience.
· Excellent customer service skills to work effectively with others.
· Ability to install/deploy Windows/Apple base equipment.
· Ability to work overtime.
Physical Demands & Abilities
- Ability to work in wet and cold environments.
- Regularly required to roll, move, and/or lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, stoop, lean, lift and squat.
- Work long hours during peak period.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
