Job Description
As a Product Coordinator within CobbleStone’s Product Strategy Team, you will be responsible for supporting the product development process by managing various aspects such as idea consolidation, feature management, scoping and requirements gathering, timelines, milestones and market research. This position works to ensure that products, features, etc. are developed according to plan. A Product Coordinator at CobbleStone plays an integral role in ensuring a product reflects the company’s brand, meets the target needs and brings profitability to the company.
Job Duties (Roles & Responsibilities)
· Product systems knowledge:
o Obtain and maintain detailed knowledge of the features, functionality and use cases of CobbleStone’s software systems and offerings.
· Project management
o Track product development progress, manage timelines, milestones, identify potential roadblocks to ensure projects stay on schedule.
· Customer research and analysis:
o Gather customer feedback, analyze market trends and understand user needs to inform product development decisions.
· Market research
o Gather market intelligence and user feedback to inform product development decisions.
· Requirements gathering:
o Define clear product requirements, including functional specifications and user experience details to guide design and development.
· Product Backlog
o Assist in managing the product backlog, ensuring detailed documentation, user stories, success criteria, etc. are defined to aide in timelines, level of effort and prioritization.
· Feature prioritization:
o Evaluate potential features based on their value and impact, prioritizing them according to business goal and customer needs.
· Cross-functional collaboration:
o Work closely with development, UI, UX, marketing, sales, implementation, support and other teams to ensure sooth product development and pipelines.
· Product documentation
o Maintain detailed product documentation including requirements, specifications and change logs.
· Performance monitoring and analysis:
o Track key product metrics, analyze user feedback and proactively identify areas for improvement.
· Assist with other duties assigned as required to achieve company’s mission.
· Respond to internal and external related inquiries or requests and aid other staff members as required.
· Professional communication and team interaction.
· When asked: assist and/or lead the mentoring of other staff.
· Understand your roles, job duties and metrics.
· Perform general office duties inclusive of answering phones, emails, meetings, and other related job duties.
· Maintain compliance with PTO and time-off policies, security policies, and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and client contract obligations; strive to schedule all time-off in advance and coordinate with manager and Human Resources.
· Be reliable, professional, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Assist with meeting Companies goal of client revenue growth, client retention, profitability goals.
· May require overnight travel for multiple days
· May require travel, both in the US and International (can be overnight for multiple days)
· May require long period of time at a computer
· May require long walks, stairs, standing, both onsite and on travel
· May require lifting or traveling with items up to 50 lbs.

· Miscellaneous:
· Must have excellent English communication skills.
· Must be able to legally work in the United States, must pass background, criminal, and drug testing.
