Our client, a medical device company in the lumbar spine market, is rapidly growing and looking for RVP Sales to cover distributors in the Northeast from Maine to Virginia. The position is remote, full-time, W2 with about 50% travel and competitive compensation.
The RVP Sales must possess creative sales instincts, strong leadership skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
The RVP Sales should have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the lumbar spine market and competitive products.
Must also be an excellent communicator with excellent customer service skills who can quickly navigate any situation to reach the Company’s desired goals.
The RVP Sales should have strong operating room skills, and bring established relationships with surgeons and create new ones.
The RVP Sales responsibilities include developing sales goals, plans, and strategies to achieve sales goals in the territory and executing sales projections, sales plans, and marketing strategies. Promote company products and services. Achieve sales quotas. Manage sales budget.
Work towards performance objectives for all assigned sales channels, forecasts by product, quota setting, and conduct quarterly Plan and Review sessions. Spearhead recruiting and hiring distributors. Motivate the distributor network to achieve business goals. Develop and implement sales training programs. Provide operating room support. Monitor market and competitor activity. Identify where improvements can be made and develop success-driven plans. Manage detailed sales expectations and plan accordingly. Communicate and foster relationships with distributors, hospitals, and surgeons.
Provide logistical support and technical support as requested. Cooperate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs in complaint management and other related requests. Support Finance/Accounting in billing, collections, and other related requests. Interface and cooperate with Logistics/Operations in inventory management, logistics, and other related requests.
Salary : $190,000 - $200,000
